AS IS, displays great! No chips. Some wear to the red paint. Ivory colored plastic base has a whitish spot from an old sticker. There's an old short tight crack on the second from bottom tier, at center. Otherwise great, pretty colorful red and black on ivory plastic, no other cracks.
